On December 1, 2019, at 12:15 AM, security guard Li Wentao from Century Zhongbao discovered a drunken WeWork member collapsed in the community during his night shift at the Huiguang Era Building. The member was vomiting and had fallen into a deep coma for 3 hours, and immediate medical attention was critical!
After discovering the situation, Li Wentao, in coordination with the WeWork security management team, followed the emergency response procedures and called 110 and 120. He also checked the drunken person's mouth and nose for vomit and positioned the person on their side to prevent vomit from entering the airway. He covered the person's clothing to keep them warm; two hours later, the police and ambulance arrived at the community, and Li Wentao assisted the police and 120 with the follow-up medical care for the member until the drunken person was safely taken to the ambulance.
According to the company's decision, Li Wentao from the 12th Division of Century Zhongbao will be awarded the 'Outstanding Security Guard' certificate.
